These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Wrist Reader mobile application ("the app") provided by ironwhy ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.
All content and materials within the app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of ironwhy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app without our prior written consent, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Wrist Reader is provided as a freemium app. Basic features are available for free, and additional book storage features are available through a one-time in-app purchase.
The app is designed to help users import DRM-free EPUB or TXT files they already own, extract readable text on iPhone, and read that text on Apple Watch. The app does not sell, provide, download, or distribute book content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any files imported into the app.
Books and text imported into the app are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server for storing or processing your books, and we do not have access to your imported files, reading content, or reading position.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any files you import into the app.
The app does not require an internet connection for normal reading features. An internet connection may be required for App Store-related functions such as in-app purchases, purchase restoration, or system-level validation handled by Apple.
You are responsible for any network or data charges that may occur.
To use the app, your iPhone and Apple Watch must have sufficient battery power and storage space. We are not responsible for issues caused by low battery, insufficient storage, device limitations, or Apple Watch connectivity problems.
The app may be updated from time to time to improve functionality, compatibility, or security. You may need to install updates to continue using the app. We do not guarantee that the app will always be compatible with every device or operating system version.
The app offers Wrist Reader Pro, a one-time non-consumable purchase that allows users to keep more books in the app.
Payments are processed through your Apple ID account, and pricing is provided at the time of purchase. This purchase does not auto-renew. Purchase management and refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
