These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the PixelPomo mobile application ("the app") provided by ironwhy ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.
All content and materials within the app—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—are the property of ironwhy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or its contents without our prior written consent, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
The app is provided as a freemium service with basic features available for free and premium features available through a one-time purchase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at our sole discretion, and we may introduce additional paid services in the future. If such changes occur, we will notify users accordingly.
Free users: The app may collect limited data for advertising purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Premium users: No advertising-related data is collected.
User Content: All user-created content (photos, videos, text entries) is stored locally on your device. You may optionally backup your data to iCloud, which is handled according to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your personal content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the app. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise security and interfere with the app's functionality, and is not recommended.
Some features of the app may require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data (for advertising and iCloud sync). You are responsible for any charges incurred, including data and roaming fees. We are not liable for limitations in functionality due to network unavailability.
To use the app, your device must have sufficient battery power and storage space. We are not responsible for any issues caused by low battery or insufficient storage.
